Critical Thinking in the Supply Chain: How to be an effective problem solver and solution provider.

Critical thinking skills are in high demand.  Critical thinking is the disciplined art of ensuring that you use the best thinking you are capable of in any set of circumstances.  The general goal of thinking is to "figure out the lay of the land" and to make the best choices in any situation we are in.  We all have multiple choices to make and we need the best information and the best thinking to make the best choices.

Our supply chains are filled with problems to solve and decisions to make, and the quality and effectiveness of our supply chains are directly related to how well we do these.

The key to being a successful problem solver is learning to approach problems in a thoughtful and systematic way.  During this program, you will become familiar with a powerful and effective approach for solving problems and making decisions.

We will discuss Critical Thinking Skills and how you can use this methodology to more effectively manage your supply chains and serve your customers.
